Executive and Professional Development
Mission
In addition to serving undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in degree programs, the Department of Marketing also serves the larger community by offering seminars, certificates and other non-credit programs for executives and professionals. These programs are designed to accelerate participants’ career growth by providing knowledge, tools, and strategies they can immediately put into practice.
Description
Designed around the department’s core focus areas for teaching and research, three executive and professional programs are currently offered – Customer Relationship Management, Strategies for Negotiation Success, and Strategic Market Orientation. These programs offer participants access to state of the art knowledge from both basic and applied research, hands-on interactive learning experiences, networking opportunities with diverse classmates, and the latest instructional methodologies, delivered by faculty from the College of Business Administration. These programs have limited space available and are only offered at certain times throughout the year.
